The ATH5 is the most compact linear module in the ATH series, featuring a specialized integrated rail design (Build-in Guideway). By embedding the precision guide rails directly within the high-rigidity 54mm U-shaped aluminum base, the ATH5 linear actuator achieves a lower center of gravity and superior structural stiffness in a slim profile. This single-axis robot is ideal for micro-positioning and space-constrained automation.
